Field Tech / QC 

Description

 

It will primarily be field and busy work in the shop for QC and confirming dimensions to products.

 

 

Roof curb manufacturer is looking for a qualified person to conduct field measurements of existing rooftop HVAC equipment. A good candidate is able to work well with others and without supervision. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must. The right person will need to be detail oriented and a fast learner. This person will need to be fluent in English as they will be meeting and communicating directly with customers. Climbing ladders onto rooftops is required. Must have a clean driving record with a valid Texas Drivers License. Will train. Commercial HVAC experience is a plus.

 

Job duties/requirements include, but not limited to:

  1. Calling and speaking with customers in a professional manner.

  2. Meeting customers on jobsites and discussing needs in a professional manner.

  3. Properly assessing jobsite conditions.

  4. Hoisting, placing, securing and climbing ladders safely.

  5. Able to convey jobsite conditions accurately and in detail to sales/design staff.

  6. Must have driver’s license with a good driving record.

  7. Must be willing to make repairs/modifications in the field as requested.

  8. There may be some travelling involved. No overnights.

  9. Must be able to pass a background check for security clearance on jobsites as required.

  10. Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

  11. Must be able to read tape measure.

MIG Welder/ Fabricator

Fast-paced Dallas sheet metal shop needs experienced MIG welders to start immediately. Weld test required. Must be dependable, able to work well with little supervision. Must also be able to read tape measure and blueprints. Only serious job seekers need apply. Steel toe boots required.

Located near Skillman/Forest Lane area.

CNC Press Brake Operator

Dallas sheet metal manufacturing company is looking for experienced CNC press brake operator to start immediately. Candidates need to be dependable and able to work without supervision. Additional requirements: punctual, able to read tape measure/drawings, able to operate a forklift. Steel toe boots required.

Dallas sheet metal manufacturing plant needs general shop help to start immediately. NOT a warehouse position. Steel toe boots required.

Requirements are:

*Able to read a tape measure

*Punctual and dependable w/ reliable transportation

*Able to work Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm

*Work well with others and without supervision
